The Lumiere Research Inclusion Foundation, an initiative established by Lumiere Education, is a nonprofit organization. Stemming from the Lumiere Research Scholar Program, a prominent 1 to 1 research initiative for high school students, this foundation offers independent research opportunities to talented, low-income students who do not have access to conventional research programs. Similar to an Individual Research Scholar Program, the Lumiere Breakthrough Scholar Program is Lumiere Education’s counterpart.
Operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the foundation extends these opportunities to high school seniors worldwide without any cost. There are no strict criteria regarding GPA, income, or test scores, making it an excellent option for students who believe they possess a well-rounded academic record.

The NFIB Young Entrepreneur Awards Program, administered by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), provides scholarships to high school seniors graduating and commencing their freshman year at accredited two- or four-year institutions or vocational/technical institutes. This initiative aims to educate young individuals about the pivotal role of private enterprise and entrepreneurship in the United States. The scholarships range from $2,000 to $15,000, with 100 awards distributed annually. Candidates must demonstrate ownership or operation of a business and exhibit entrepreneurial drive and initiative. This scholarship offers awards ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, with up to 50 scholarships granted each year.
