10 Summer Programs for Middle School Students in Maryland

If you’re a middle school student in Maryland thinking about what you can do now to prepare for high school and later, summer programs in the state are a great place to start. These programs allow you to work on real projects in technology, the arts, or engineering, without having to travel to another city or state for the summer.

You also get to learn by doing, which helps you understand your interests better and build skills that will come in handy in school and life. Joining a summer program also means you’ll gain experience that can help when applying for programs in high school or college.
