You’ll be placed in a key department within Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system and work on real operational projects guided by a departmental preceptor. You’ll shadow clinical and non-clinical teams, attend leadership development sessions, and network with professionals across the system. The program is supervised by the INTEGRIS Health administrative fellow, and it ends with a final presentation to senior leaders.
