During the internship, you will be paired with one high-growth organization, work on a real-world project, and present your work at the end. The internship lasts eight weeks and follows a coaching-plus-work model. You will have access to the guidance of startup manager and a Ladder Coach, who will act as a second mentor and help you explore the startup environment.
