Citizens Bank’s CM&A internship program offers undergraduates exposure to corporate, banking, and finance functions. While not a typical entrepreneurship opportunity, the internship offers business insights you can use in the future. You will begin the program by undergoing training and connecting with a mentor who will support you throughout the internship. You will join teams in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, or debt capital markets and engage in tasks such as developing pitch materials for corporate clients, managing documents for business mergers and acquisitions, performing due diligence for transactions, and conducting financial modeling analysis. You will gain additional industry exposure through client meetings, sessions led by business and banking professionals, and the opportunity to observe live business deals.

Ladders for Leaders is a selective NYC program that connects high school and college students with paid summer internships across corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. Before being placed, you will complete 30 hours of pre-employment training covering resume writing, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and professional communication. Following placement, you will gain experience in fields that match your interests, ranging from business and finance to technology and public service. The program is part of New York City’s Summer Youth Employment Program, offering you access to one of the largest youth workforce ecosystems in the country. With this program, you will also join an active alumni network that offers access to post-internship events and opportunities, as well as mentorship.


Location: Primarily in the Boston area, MA

Eligibility: Students enrolled at Babson, Olin Engineering, or Wellesley College with good disciplinary standing; applicants must have attended and actively participated in a Customer Discovery workshop presented by the Blank Center for Entrepreneurship during the Spring.


The Babson College Summer Venture Program (SVP) is a 10-week full-time accelerator designed to help students rapidly develop and scale their own ventures. Each year, around 15 teams from Babson, Olin College of Engineering, and Wellesley College are selected based on the strength and potential of their startup ideas. As a participant, you will receive housing, co-working space, dedicated advisors, and access to expert mentors and speakers through the Blank Center’s extensive entrepreneurial network. The program follows a structured curriculum that covers customer discovery, go-to-market planning, financial modeling, pitching, and other core skills for building a startup. You will connect with potential customers, partners, and investors throughout the summer. The experience concludes with the Summer Venture Showcase, where you and your team members will present the venture's progress to the Boston startup community.
