Ladder University Internship Program is a selective, virtual internship program where you work with startups and nonprofits from around the world! The startups range across a variety of industries. As part of the internship, you will work on a real-world project that is of genuine need to the startup you are working with, and present your work at the end of the internship. The program spans eight weeks and allows you to explore a range of fields, including finance, consulting, media and journalism, software engineering, non-profit, health technology, mental health, environmental science, and more. Bain & Company Associate Consultant Internship is an immersive learning opportunity for college students. You will join the case teams as a staff member, gain industry exposure, and engage in work with real clients in a leading strategy consulting firm. You will engage in group problem-solving, work directly on client cases, and develop an understanding of decision-making in business environments. On successful completion of the internship, you will also have the opportunity to receive interview invitations or an offer to work as an associate consultant.
